A posted name leaves a blank cell blank
A blank cell means that item is not public yet. It is not an invitation to supply a name.
A posted name has at most three cells: a public name, a privacy-policy link, and a support link. This site has no confirmed app name, so the name cell stays empty. The privacy policy and the reading board can be written in, because they already exist on this domain. Filling a cell with a placeholder name, a package draft, or a store-link draft would present something unpublished as if it were public. This note does not discuss a review result, and it does not offer a way around review.
