Equipment Inspection Checklist
Build a checklist, mark Pass, Fail, or N/A, and keep each round on the phone.
Ae Bo INC publishes this application. You name the equipment, walk the checks, and save the round on the device. It does not certify that a machine is safe, and it does not replace the inspection you are responsible for. A store listing address is not printed on this site until it is public.

On the checklist
Each asset has a title, an optional asset ID, a location, and a cycle. A title is required before you add checks. The asset ID can stay empty until you have a tag.
Inspection cycle: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom. The next due date is shown. A reminder stays off until you turn it on in Settings
Each check has a prompt, a hint, and a photo rule: photo optional, or a photo requested when the mark is Fail
You can reorder checks. You can copy a template onto another asset. The new asset ID stays blank until you tag it
Local starter templates you can rename after copy: Compressor round (guards, leak, and e-stop), Forklift daily (horn, forks, and tires), and Oven line (doors, temperature, and seals). A starter template is sample wording, not a certified procedure
Mark each check Pass, Fail, or N/A. Add an issue note when something is off. A photo is optional. You can finish the round with text only
Save the round on the phone, then review history. Earlier template versions can be restored. A round already saved keeps the wording it stored
Floor list filters: Due, Overdue, or Passed, and Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Sort by due date, asset ID, or title. Pin an asset to the top of the floor list, or mark it retired so it leaves the due list
Counts stay on the phone. There is no account. The display is Indigo tag or Night bay
Export through the system folder picker: CSV, PDF, or plain text. A JSON backup uses the same kind of picker. The application does not ask for broad storage access
Left on the phone
Version 1.0.0 stores equipment names, checklists, inspection results, notes, photos you attach, template versions, and settings in the application private files. It does not create an account, does not sign you in, and does not send those records to Ae Bo INC. It does not show advertising and does not offer an in-app purchase.
No account and no sign-in
No upload of checklists, rounds, notes, or photos to our servers
No advertising and no in-app purchase in version 1.0.0
No analytics or tracking kit in version 1.0.0
Photos are used only if you pick an image. You can decline and keep inspecting
Due reminders stay off until you turn them on. You can deny notification permission and still record a round
Remove a record
Deleting a check removes it from the current template. Past rounds keep the wording they already saved. Deleting an asset removes that equipment record and its round history from the phone. Clearing all data deletes every template, round, and photo on that phone. Uninstalling the application removes its private files. A file you already exported stays in the folder you chose. If you uninstall without a backup, the rounds on that phone may be lost.
