Sewn Quires
A sewn quire states which mark sheets belong together and which ones do not.
A quire lists the mark sheets inside it and, in a separate list, the sheets left outside. If the outside list is missing, a reader may think an unmentioned sheet is included. The quire is a written grouping. It is not an order to bind a physical book, and it does not include paper, binding, or freight. Each named mark sheet keeps its own close day. It does not borrow a date from the quire.
Write both the inside list and the outside list.
